Evaluation & Quote
Once I have inspected the piece locally or via detailed photos, I provide a thorough evaluation of its structural and surface needs. I then provide a clear quote covering all hand-done restoration work. Should any unforeseen issues become apparent during the restoration process, I’ll discuss these with you before undertaking any additional work.

Restoration & Finish
The restoration begins. From carefully stripping the original finish by hand and repairing loose joints to addressing damaged veneer, scratches and other signs of wear, every detail is given the attention it deserves. The piece is then finished by hand with three coats of hard wax oil, ready to be enjoyed for another fifty years.
